Join this class and experience the many benefits of ballroom dance. Barbara Lamb is a professional dance instructor with over 30 years of teaching experience, and in this four week course she will teach the basics of the most popular ballroom dances including waltz, swing, and rumba. Come prepared to have a great time while improving balance, coordination, and poise. No partner necessary.
