Join the John C. Hook Observatory team for a fun evening of stargazing! Members of the observatory team will discuss objects commonly seen in our night sky followed by a chance to view them through an array of high-tech telescopes. Learn how to read a star chart, view the craters of the moon, see the red spot of Jupiter and the rings of Saturn, and speak with observatory experts about all things space! Meet inside for an informational session before moving outside to the ISU Fountain for telescope viewing. Telescope usage is weather-dependent. Please be sure to dress warmly fpr the event.
