Experience the benefits of Parke County's Salt Cave! Salt room therapy has been proven to improve breathing, fight infection, promote healthier skin, and reduce stress. Enter the salt cave and breathe deeply from the 99.9% pure sodium in the air. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared for somewhat cool temperatures. Refrain from the use of cell phones and other electronic devices so as not to disturb others in the room. Avoid using strong deodorant, aftershave, perfume, or scented cosmetics when attending a Halotherapy Session. Shoes are not allowed in the salt cave, so a pair of clean socks will be provided. It is important to drink water before and after a session.
