Judah is a family nurse practitioner who sees patients with orthopedic and spine conditions. He supports the practice of Dr. Harish Kempegowda, orthopedic and spine surgeon. Judah has been employed at Horizon Health as a registered nurse since 2015 and was promoted to management in 2018. He most recently served as Director of Home Healthcare/Infusion Therapy Services, overseeing multiple clinical service lines.
