Join other OLLI members as well as the Wabash Valley community in the National Endowment of the Arts Big Read for 2022 hosted by the Vigo County Public Library. This years Big Read book is Beloved written
by Toni Morrison.

This OLLI class will discuss and review the book Beloved in the first session. The second session will be a viewing of the 1998 movie Beloved starring Oprah Winfrey and Danny Glover.

Sethe, its protagonist, was born a slave and escaped to Ohio, but eighteen years later she is still not free. She has too many memories of Sweet Home, the beautiful farm where so many hideous things happened.
