Ever wanted to “cut the cable”? Many families in the Wabash Valley have done this to save money and make
viewing entertainment on their television more convenient. This course will cover the evolution of TV entertainment, transitioning from over-the-air with a rabbit-ears antenna to cable/satellite plans to streaming content over the Internet directly to the HD port in your television. Learn the advantages of streaming television and compare the cost
with cable TV plans. We will cover the requirements for streaming TV and various streaming methods. You will see how to hook it up on a typical television. Bruce will demonstrate streaming using YouTube TV and compare it with other streaming TV services.
