OLLI has offered several programs over the last few months focusing on World War II. Now we get to learn about someone from our own area who played a big role in reporting from the front in World War II, Ernie Pyle. We will travel to Dana, Indiana to visit the Ernie Pyle WWII Museum. The museum features exhibits highlighting the famous journalist’s life and the war he covered as a correspondent.
After our tour we will have lunch at Off The Track Cafe and enjoy a home cooked meal.
