Join OLLI/Swope in October of 2024 for our annual art inspired trip. Milwaukee is our destination with
numerous art gallery opportunities. Travelers will enjoy the Milwaukee Art Museum where the famous iconic wings majestically open and close each day. Also included is the Groehman Museum and Museum of Wisconsin Art. Our hotel is in the heart of Milwaukee with the Riverwalk within walking distance.

On the way to Chicago, we’ve planned a tour of the Sanfillippo Estate that houses a private collection
showcasing an Edison and Victrola phonographs, music boxes and pinned cylinders, the Wurlitzer Theater organ, and the items in the pavilion, including the 1890 carousel. This beautiful home will have you at a loss for words! Dinner that night is included at the unique Chessie’s “Train Car” Restaurant.

Downtown Chicago awaits on Day 3 where the skyscraper architecture surrounds us during our river cruise into the heart of the city. Lunch is at Navy Pier and if possible, our plan is to spend the afternoon at a live show TBD. Show schedules are not finalized at this time. (refund for that activity will be given if we cannot secure show tickets.)

Price includes round trip transportation aboard a deluxe motor coach from Terre Haute, IN, to Milwaukee, WI and Chicago, IL; two (2) nights lodging with baggage handling and continental breakfast; two (2) main meals plus Drury Inn kickback meal and admission to three art museums, Sanfillipo Estate tour, Chicago Architecture Tour and Broadway show TBD with applicable group tax and gratuity on above inclusions.

We will load 6:00 AM at Parking Lot D Extension, 9th & Eagle on the ISU Campus, Tuesday, Oct 1, 2024; We expect to return to home at 9:00 PM on Thursday, October 3, 2024. Specific trip information will be mailed out within three weeks of trip date.
