Professional Consulting for Nonprofit Organization

This is traditional organizational consulting services for nonprofit organizations on topics and issues, such as fundraising, board effectiveness, program evaluation, needs assessments, new nonprofit organizational set-up, strategic planning, staff and volunteer training, volunteer management, program development, leadership, and management. Consulting sessions can take a variety of formats and locations, including but not limited to organizational site visits, off-site meetings, phone calls, Skype meetings, e-mail and social media communication. Pre-paid session fees must be used within 6 calendar months from date of payment. At time of payment, a tentative schedule of pre-paid time use, meeting locations, and meeting formats will be negotiated between organization and consultant. Changes to this schedule are allowable with reasonable notice and request. Potential clients will receive a free 30-minute listening session before requiring payment for the consultant's time.

Instructor Fee: $125.00 an hour
