Back by popular demand! Join RHIT Chemical Engineering Professors, Dr. Adam Nolte and Dr. Gregory Neumann, and learn science and engineering concepts about food in a way typical food science labs do not allow. Presented in RHIT’s new Food Science and Engineering Laboratory, students will be able to address important societal issues related to food production and distribution, sustainability and nutrition, as well as explore the scientific principles and engineering techniques used to create popular products such as coffee, chocolate, and more. Most importantly, students will get to eat and drink the results of their work!
