This 6 week class will introduce Tai Chi while learning 60 movements with mindful steps, relaxation, and balance.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that last minute schedule changes happen. We need to have at least a two hour notice before cancelling a scheduled session. If there is a cancellation after that allotted two hour window, it will result in a lost session.

Current COVID-19 Guidelines and Precautions
Face coverings must be worn during all CSA programming in ISU buildings.

Participants will need: Loose-fitting clothes. Tai Chi shoes (cotton-soled bottom: available on Amazon, if desired) or comfortable shoes that you can feel the contact on the floor.
