Join OLLI for a two part class that focuses on the stories of World War II POWs.  The first session will be a book discussion of Captured!: Stories of American World War II Prisoners of War by Kayleen Reusser. Kayleen will be leading the discussion on her book via Zoom. Her book features over eight stories of soldiers from World War II that she has personally interviewed for her book.

1941-1945.

The second session of this class will be watching the Academy Award Nominated 2014 movie Unbroken. One of the stories from the book we will be reading also has a soldier from the same camp as in this movie.
