In its more than 33 years in orbit, NASA's Hubble Space Telescope has revolutionized much of our understanding of the universe and has provided a stream of unprecedented images with uniquely clear and colorful views of space that have captured the public's imagination. Now the James Webb Space Telescope has joined NASA's fleet of powerful observatories in space to probe the most distant reaches of the universe in even greater depth and detail. We will explore these two groundbreaking missions to learn how they operate and complement each other to answer some of the most profound and difficult questions posed by scientists.
