Place: ISU, Student Recreation Center 601 N. 6th St., Terre Haute
Cost: $40 for session 1 or session 2, $35 for session 3 (only 7sessions)

Age is not a barrier to having fun and getting a great workout in. OLLI Functional Strength is designed to optimize your daily life by rebuilding muscle mass, increasing cardio, and improv-ing balance! Designed for all fitness levels, this class will include a large variety of exercise formats and equipment that challenges your whole body. This class is guided by an instructor, but still allows you to work at your own pace and intensity through the given exercises. Feel stronger and never get bored with this fun-filled fitness class. Don’t forget your water bottle!
