The present Supreme Court is charting a highly defined direction making it imperative to understand and analyze the decisions of the Justices in critical areas of law. This session will review key cases from the 2022-23 term that impact workers’ rights, diversity in higher education, the cost of going to college, and environmental protection. Discussion will be integral to the class with all points of view included.
