Do you want to be a survivor or a victim of an emergency or disaster? Would like to learn how to build your emergency “bucket”? In 95% of all emergencies the bystander provides the first assistance on scene. Would you know what to do? Vigo County Emergency Management Agency staff will discuss what the agency does and how to prepare for the unexpected.
