During the class, we will walk you through everything you need to know about the world of dumplings! You will begin the class by making your very own dough. Throughout the class, you will taste-test various dumplings / potstickers before making your own filling. Then, it will be your turn to fill and fold your dumplings and learn 5 different folding techniques along the way. At the end, you'll be able to cook your creations to enjoy or take home along with the recipes.
