Social Workers help people overcome some of life's most difficult challenges, including poverty, addiction, mental illness, and abuse. Social Work is one of the most diverse professions, allowing practitioners to work with a variety of populations in multiple practice settings. This presentation will explore the foundational knowledge and skills of the Social Work profession, as well as provide an overview of the many services and resources provided by Social Work practitioners.
