Join Dr. Megan Elliot, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology Vice President of Diversity, Human Success, and Environmental Services, and gain a better understanding of your personality and how it works with others. Prior to the start of class, students will take a personality test, and then the class will spend some time exploring the four common personality types—The Dove, The Owl, The Peacock, and The Eagle—and how they intersect with each other. The goal of the class is for students to review their personality style and common traits and learn how those traits work together. By the end of the class, participants will find the positive points of their personality in this self-discovery exercise.
