Water Aerobics
Dates: Wednesdays & Fridays
Session 1: June 7, 9, 14, 16, 21,23, 28 & 30
Sessions 2: July 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26 & 28
Time: 10:00 - 11:00 AM
Place: ISU, Student Recreation Center

Cost: $40 per session of 8 classes
Water aerobics is moderate to intense aerobic exercise class in the water. The class offers all
the great benefits of a cardio workout with some muscle conditioning and strengthening without the impact on the joints you get from traditional land aerobics. It is a flexible class that allows you to work at your own pace. All exercise is done in shallow water with no swimming required. Participants must wear swimsuits. Participants will have use of a locker in the Student Recreation Center, but will need to bring their own locks.
