Heather is a full-time registered dietitian and manager of nutritional services at Horizon Health. She joined Horizon Health in January 2023. She has more 25 years of experience as a dietitian in a variety of professional settings, including healthcare, education, and the criminal justice system. She is a certified diabetes educator and an instructor at Indiana State University’s Department of Applied Health Sciences.
At Horizon Health, Heather leads nutrition and wellness initiatives that support new and existing services.
