Join Dr. Jacqueline Shin as she unveils the ancient art of Tai Chi and its profound benefits for mind, body, and spirit. The first session, The Harmony of Movement, delves into the principles of Tai Chi, exploring its roots in traditional Chinese philosophy and its evolution as a holistic practice. Students learn how the gentle, flowing movements of Tai Chi can enhance physical health, reduce stress, and promote mental clarity. The second session, The Flow of Experience, immerses students in the tranquil and rejuvenating experience of Tai Chi. This hands-on session invites students to step onto the mat and experience the movements firsthand and learn fundamental techniques, postures, breath control, and mindful movement. This experiential session offers a perfect opportunity to connect with the essence of Tai Chi.
