Presented in Rose-Hulman's new Food Science and Engineering Laboratory, where students learn science and engineering concepts and also get to eat and drink the results of their research. Chemical Engineering faculty members Dr. Adam Nolte and Dr. Greg Neumann will explore the science and engineering of coffee, from harvest to cup. In the process, they will demonstrate coffee roasting and lead tastings, while sharing information about RHIT's exciting new food lab.
