Join OLLI at ISU as we jet off to Italy to make cannoli! Gabby & Wyatt Sons from Sons Spice Co. will teach the class all about these Italian delicacies from the origin and traditions of the cannoli to what it takes to assemble the perfect shell. Students will then take a turn at creating their very own custom cannoli including making the filling from scratch, piping the shells, and decorating and dusting!
