Public artworks on and around the Indiana State University campus often become familiar sights in the background
of daily routines, yet their stories and symbolism are not always widely known. Join Ellie Templeton, Executive Director of Arts Spaces, Inc., for a guided tour offering an engaging introduction to the meaning, history, and creative vision behind these works. Featured stops include A Chorus of Trumpets, the ISU Sphere, Runner, and many more sculptures in nearby campus spaces. Conversation highlights the artists, the commissioning process, and the role of public art in shaping identity, memory, and a shared sense of place within the university and the broader community.
