This open town hall offers OLLI members an opportunity to engage directly with the Terre Haute Police Department in a candid, informative setting. Led by Lt. Justin Sears, Public Information Officer, the program invites questions on a wide range of topics related to modern policing in Terre Haute, including community relations, public safety priorities, departmental practices, and current challenges. Designed as a dialogue rather than a lecture, the session encourages thoughtful discussion, transparency, and mutual understanding. Participants will gain insight into how local policing operates while sharing perspectives that help strengthen the relationship between the community and those who serve it.

Notes:

Members who cancel a program registration will only receive a full refund if the following criteria are met: cancellation is received in the OLLI office 15 business days prior to the first meeting of any Course or Osher Online Course, cancellation is received in the OLLI office 30 business days prior to the event for a Special Event and/or 30 business days prior to the departure date for all day trips and overnight trips.
