Gabby and Wyatt Sons of Sons’ Spice Co. lead a flavorful exploration into the art of Chinese-style cooking with approachable, restaurant-quality techniques. This interactive class begins with an introduction to the essential ingredients that create authentic flavor in classic Chinese dishes. Participants will then prepare fried rice from scratch before selecting from a variety of signature sauces to craft their own chicken entrée. Gabby and Wyatt share culinary insights and step-by-step guidance to build confidence in the kitchen. This program offers a delicious opportunity to recreate favorite takeout dishes at home using fresh ingredients and customizable flavors.
