Gabby and Wyatt Sons of Sons’ Spice Co. guide participants on a hands-on culinary journey through one of France’s most beloved pastries. This class explores each step of crafting éclairs completely from scratch, beginning with traditional choux dough preparation and piping techniques. Participants will then fill their éclairs with rich pastry cream and finish their creations with a variety of toppings and glazes. Along the way, Gabby and Wyatt share tips, flavor insights, and culinary secrets to elevate home baking. This program blends technique, creativity, and indulgence for a sweet and educational experience celebrating classic French patisserie.
