Join instructors Gabby and Wyatt Sons from the Sons Spice Co. for a culinary journey to the Mediterranean, where participants will learn to create two of Greece’s most iconic dishes: spanakopita and baklava. In this hands-on class, participants will prepare the savory spinach and cheese filling for spanakopita and the sweet, nutty layers of baklava. Experience the art of layering, baking, and mastering these delicious Greek classics while exploring the rich flavors and traditions of Greek cuisine.
